Order Processing Time
Please allow 1–2 business days to process your order. Once your order is ready to ship, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Cutoff Time: Orders placed after 4 PM EST will be processed the next business day.

Domestic Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on USPS rates and your location. You’ll see the exact shipping amount before completing your purchase.
T-Shirt Orders Ship Separately
Please note: T-shirts are fulfilled from a separate facility and may arrive in a separate package. Tracking information will be provided for each shipment.
Order Cancellation & Modification
Customers have a 24-hour window from the time of purchase to request order changes or cancellations.
To make changes, please contact us at Info@bluefalcongolf.com as soon as possible.
After 24 hours, your order may already be processing or in transit, and changes may no longer be possible.
Address Accuracy
Please ensure all shipping details are correct at checkout. Blue Falcon Golf is not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect addresses.
International Shipping
At this time, Blue Falcon Golf only ships within the United States. International shipping is not available.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Order Marked as Delivered but Not Received
If your tracking shows "Delivered" but you haven’t received your package:

Check with neighbors or household members who may have accepted the delivery.

Verify the shipping address in your order confirmation email.

Contact the carrier directly to request delivery confirmation or proof.
If you still cannot locate the package, please contact us at Info@bluefalcongolf.com with details. Upon proof of non-delivery, we will issue a refund accordingly.
