We’re confident you’ll love your Blue Falcon gear. But we understand that sometimes things don’t quite work out (yes, we're looking at you, Steve). That’s why we offer a 30-day return policy — no stress, no judgment.
30-Day Return Policy
We gladly accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible:

Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition

Proof of purchase is required (e.g., order confirmation, invoice, or packing slip)
Change of Mind Returns
If you’ve changed your mind, ordered the wrong size, or just didn’t fall in love with your gear:

You’re welcome to return it at your own cost

Shipping fees are non-refundable

Use any trackable courier (USPS, UPS, FedEx)

Please hold onto your tracking number
We don’t currently offer direct exchanges. Just place a new order for what you need, and return the original item for a refund.
Issues or Mistakes on Our End?
If your item arrived defective, damaged, or incorrect, we’ve got your back:
